Frank R. Martire
President and Chief Executive Officer
President and Chief Executive Officer
Previously, Martire served as chairman of the board for Metavante Technologies, Inc. and as CEO for Metavante Corporation, the principal subsidiary of Metavante Technologies, Inc. Martire joined Metavante Corporation in Jan. 2003 as president of its financial services group, and was named president and CEO in April of that year.
Formerly, Martire served as president and chief operating officer for Call Solutions, a Waukesha, Wis.-based acquirer and integrator of specialized, one-to-one marketing services companies. Prior to this position, he was president and chief operating officer for the Financial Institution Systems and Services Group at Fiserv, Inc.
At Fiserv, Martire led a group that served banking, credit union and mortgage service providers. During his tenure, he grew annual revenue from approximately $110 million to more than $650 million, serving clients in more than 90 countries through operations in the United States, Europe, Latin America and the Asian-Pacific.
Martire joined Fiserv through a merger of Citicorp Information Resources, Stamford, Conn., where he served as chairman and chief executive officer. He joined the Citicorp unit through its merger with National Sharedata Corporation in 1983, where he was responsible for managing eight facilities management operations in the Midwest.
Martire holds a variety of leadership roles in the community, and serves as a board member for several organizations, including the Children’s Hospital and Health System Foundation, the Greater Milwaukee Committee and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce. He also participates on the Business Advisory Council of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business. In 2007, Martire was named by Bank Technology News to its "Innovators' Hall of Fame," and was awarded as one of the magazine's 2007 Innovators.
Martire holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of New Haven, Conn., and a bachelor‘s degree in economics from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conn.
Gary Norcross

Highly respected throughout the financial technology industry, Norcross has earned a reputation of being intensely customer-focused while maximizing performance. He has overseen phenomenal growth in his 21-year tenure at FIS by following his proven methodology: establish a sound, well-focused business strategy and then stay the course so it can achieve its objectives.
Norcross joined Systematics, Inc. in 1988, where his positive leadership style made an immediate impact on the company. After ALLTEL Information Services acquired Systematics in 1991, Norcross continued his leadership role, being named senior vice president/general manager of the company’s Community Bank segment in 1996. He was later named president of the Integrated Financial Solutions division. He continued to lead the company’s growth through ALLTEL’s acquisition by FIS in 2003, and was named FIS’ chief operating officer in 2007.
In addition to playing a critical role in the company’s merger with Certegy, Norcross was involved in the acquisition of several other companies, including Aurum Technology, BankWare, InterCept, Marketing Solutions, Inc. and eFunds. These significant moves helped the company grow to more than 25,000 employees and over $3.4 billion in annual revenues.
Under Norcross’ leadership, FIS has ranked consistently among the industry’s leading financial technology providers, including a top position in the 2007 and 2008 FinTech 100 report, an annual ranking of the top financial technology providers in the world, published by Financial Insights, an IDC company and American Banker.
Michael D. Hayford

Previously, Hayford served as president and chief operating officer of Metavante Corporation. He also served on the company’s Executive Committee and was a director of Metavante Technologies, Inc.
Hayford joined Metavante in 1992 as head of operations and was promoted to chief information officer in 1993. Since then, he has held various positions with Metavante, including general manager of the financial products group with responsibility for application development. In 2001, Hayford was named chief financial officer and served in this position until July 2007.
Prior to joining Metavante, Hayford spent 10 years with Andersen Consulting LLP, the business and technology consulting company now known as Accenture. He was responsible for managing a number of large system integration projects, including the design and development of a worldwide training program for all Accenture new hires.
Hayford holds a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business, bachelor’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Frank Sanchez

Prior to joining FIS in January 2004, Sanchez was the chief executive officer of Sanchez Computer Associates, a public banking technology company that specialized in real-time banking and enterprise customer integration systems.
Formerly, Sanchez was the chief designer and architect of Profile, one of the industry’s most successful core banking systems, which is installed in hundreds of financial institutions around the world. Throughout his career, Sanchez has provided numerous technical and business innovations to the financial services and IT industries, including deploying the industry’s first core banking system on a Linux platform.
Sanchez is the recipient of a variety of awards, including the 2007 Fox Information Technology Innovator Award from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management. In 2002, he received the Ernst and Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” award.
Sanchez attended the University of Connecticut, where he studied astrophysics and finance.
Brent Bickett

Bickett’s responsibilities for FIS include evaluating, structuring and negotiating corporate acquisition transactions, developing strategic partnerships and identifying investment opportunities for FIS and its operating subsidiaries.
Prior to joining FIS’ former parent company, FNF, in 1999, Bickett was a member of the Investment Banking division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and served as a managing director of Bear Stearns’ real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure group.
Bickett earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in business administration from the Anderson School at UCLA.
Michael P. Oates

Before joining FIS, Oates was vice president of Human Resources for Florida Rock Industries, Inc., in Jacksonville, Fla. Oates has more than 16 years of experience in the human resources arena. In addition to his work for Florida Rock Industries, he previously held positions as director of Labor Relations for CSX in Jacksonville, and as a partner at the law firm of Hunton & Williams in Richmond, Va., where he specialized in labor and employment law. Oates also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, where he was a deep sea diving and salvage officer aboard the USS Reclaimer (ARS 42).
Oates holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a juris doctorate from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was named to the Order of the Coif.
Michael Gravelle

Gravelle joined a predecessor of FIS, ALLTEL Information Services, Inc., in 1996 as vice president, general counsel and secretary and managed all legal aspects of this company. In 2000, he was promoted to senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. Following the sale of ALLTEL Information Services, Inc. in 2003, Gravelle served as senior vice president and general counsel of FIS, and managed all legal aspects of FIS. In 2006, Gravelle was promoted to executive vice president, legal of FIS and focused on the legal aspects of merger and acquisition activities and strategic initiatives. In 2010, Gravelle was promoted to his current position.
Gravelle began his legal career with Baker & McKenzie in Chicago.
Gravelle holds a juris doctor degree and bachelor degrees in business administration and economics from Southern Methodist University.
John Gordon

Prior to these responsibilities, Gordon served as executive vice president of core banking and integration products for FIS, as well as assistant director of advanced technologies for the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
A popular and dynamic speaker, Gordon has a double major in economics and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame and earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Gordon resides in Atlantic Beach, Florida.
Anthony Jabbour

Formerly, Jabbour served as executive vice president of Core Processing and ePayments at FIS, where he oversaw the company’s core business, including the tier-one marketplace. Jabbour also led the ePayments business, including Internet, mobile banking and a full suite of bill pay products. Previously, he oversaw the core business for community-based financial institutions.
Prior to joining FIS, Jabbour served at CIBC, a major Canadian financial institution where he managed the launch of the bank's standalone Internet bank, before relocating to Florida to build similar capabilities for the U.S. market. He began his career in IBM's global services group, managing complex client projects and relationships.
Jabbour holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto.
Frank D'Angelo

Previously, D’Angelo served as senior executive vice president of Metavante Corporation and president of the company’s Payment Solutions group.
D’Angelo also served as chairman of the board for Everlink, a Metavante Canadian EFT processing joint venture, and chairman of the board for Monitise Americas, a U.S. mobile financial solutions joint venture. He also served on Metavante’s Executive Committee.
D’Angelo joined Metavante in 1997 as vice president and general manager of EFT and Card solutions, and brought with him 28 years of financial services experience in general management, operations and sales. He spent 19 years with Diebold in senior management positions in sales, development, operations, product management and information services operations. While with Diebold, he spent two years in Mexico as president and chief executive officer of Diebold Mexico, a $50 million division.
Prior to joining Diebold, D’Angelo was with Burroughs Corporation, now Unisys, for 10 years and was active in product management, sales, sales development and operational support. Previously, he was in the U.S. Air Force, where he spent four years on the Strategic Air Command computer technology staff. Prior to that, he spent two years with IBM developing advanced integrated circuits in the Components division.
He serves on the Electronic Transactions Association Advisory Council, the Philadelphia Federal Payments Council, the Advisory Board of Walsh College and on the board of directors of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association.
D’Angelo holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Walsh College in Canton, Ohio. He also has completed courses at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, Michigan State University and Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
James Susoreny

Throughout his extensive sales and marketing career, Susoreny has been characterized by his ability to craft client relationships and new sales strategies that have consistently increased client satisfaction, while maximizing revenue opportunity and decreasing the cost of sales. His strengths in team building and employee motivation have resulted in a strong track record of client renewals and win after win of highly coveted hardware and software contracts.
Before joining FIS, Susoreny served as vice president of Sales for Dallas-based Regency Systems Corporation, where he led the sales, marketing and business development teams. His strong leadership resulted in decreasing the cost of sales by a third, while growing year-over-year sales by 25 percent. Previously, Susoreny held sales and sales management positions with IBM, StorageTek Corporation, BancTec and ALLTEL Information Services.
Susoreny holds a business degree from Indiana University.
Mark Davey

Prior to this position, Davey served as the group managing director of the company’s Europe Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) International division, where he was responsible for the growth strategy for the combined banking and card and payment systems business throughout the region.
Davey has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and banking industries and has held a number of senior management positions, including 11 years with Unisys. Prior to joining FIS in 2004, Davey held leadership roles including managing director of LANSA Europe and global sales director of Misys Retail Banking Systems.
Based in London, Davey is a graduate of Middlesex Business School in the U.K. and the Ecole Superieure de Commerce (Reims) in France. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Brian Hurdis

Previously, Hurdis served as senior executive vice president of operations and service delivery and chief information officer for Metavante, a position to which he was appointed in July 2008. In this role, Hurdis was responsible for service delivery, development operations, project management, call center and item processing operations. He was also a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Hurdis has 26 years of experience in the banking and technology business. Throughout his tenure, he has held several executive-level management roles, including president of Metavante’s Image Solutions division. Hurdis joined Metavante in 1999 as vice president of Technology Operations and Architecture for the company’s e-Finance Solutions group.
Prior to joining Metavante, Hurdis served as senior vice president and director of Network and Computer Operations for Firstar Corporation, and was responsible for all data center operations and technical support.
Hurdis holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Ram Chary

Chary joined FIS in 2007 from the acquisition of eFunds, where he led the company’s Professional Services organization. Prior to eFunds, he had a 13-year career at IBM Global Services in infrastructure outsourcing and technology consulting, and also served in a number of leadership roles in global operations and finance. His most recent industry focus at IBM was in the financial services sector, where he successfully grew the business through the sale of large outsourcing agreements with major financial institutions.
Chary received an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Colorado and a master’s degree in finance and operations management from Purdue University.
Fred Brothers

Before joining FIS in April 2010, Brothers was the founder and managing partner of eCom Advisors, a widely respected strategy consulting firm focused on financial technology, banking and payments. eCom’s clients include many of the largest financial institutions, solution providers and investors in the financial technology industry.
Prior to eCom, Brothers spent 11 years at CheckFree Corporation (now Fiserv), where he headed strategy, product management, relationship management and customer operations. His broad financial services experience includes career stints at a bank, brokerage firm and insurance company.
Considered one of the best strategists in the industry, Brothers is a frequent industry speaker and is active in numerous industry organizations. He holds a business degree in finance and marketing from The Ohio State University.
Marcia Danzeisen

Danzeisen’s financial services experience spans consumer banking, automotive finance and mortgage, including more than 15 years of experience directing the corporate marketing and communications functions for large global financial institutions, including Chase and Bank of America, as well as high-tech leaders Xerox and IBM.
Prior to FIS, she built the retail and affinity lending distribution channels as senior vice president and associate director at Macquarie Mortgages USA, where she also managed all aspects of marketing, sales support and product development. Danzeisen employs a “marketing-by-the-numbers” philosophy where ROI drives the strategy. She is known for her ability to identify and attract key talent, for building teams that are focused on and accountable for marketing-driven revenue, and for instilling a culture of employee commitment through corporate communications initiatives.
