Frank R. MartireChairman of the Board
and Chief Executive Officer
Frank Martire is chairman of the board and chief executive officer (CEO) of FIS. Martire joined FIS in October 2009 with the company's acquisition of Metavante Corporation.
Previously, Martire served as chairman of the board for Metavante Technologies, Inc. and as CEO for Metavante Corporation, the principal subsidiary of Metavante Technologies, Inc. Martire joined Metavante Corporation in Jan. 2003 as president of its financial services group, and was named president and CEO in April of that year.
Formerly, Martire served as president and chief operating officer for Call Solutions, a Waukesha, Wis.-based acquirer and integrator of specialized, one-to-one marketing services companies. Prior to this position, he was president and chief operating officer for the Financial Institution Systems and Services Group at Fiserv, Inc.
At Fiserv, Martire led a group that served banking, credit union and mortgage service providers. During his tenure, he grew annual revenue from approximately $110 million to more than $650 million, serving clients in over 90 countries through operations in the United States, Europe, Latin America and the Asian-Pacific Rim.
Martire joined Fiserv through a merger of Citicorp Information Resources, Stamford, Conn., where he served as chairman and chief executive officer. He joined the Citicorp unit through its merger with National Sharedata Corporation in 1983, where he was responsible for managing eight facilities management operations in the Midwest.
Martire holds a variety of leadership roles in the community and serves as a board member for several organizations. In Jacksonville, Martire serves on the Baptist Health Board of Directors, is a member of the 2011 Board of Directors of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce and is the incoming chair of the American Diabetes Walk 2011. In Milwaukee, Martire was Chairman of the Aurora Health Care Board and served on the Children's Hospital Foundation Board, the Greater Milwaukee Committee and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce. He also participated on the Business Advisory Council of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business. Martire currently sits on the Executive, Audit & Investment Committees for Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conn. In 2007, Martire was named by Bank Technology News to its "Innovators' Hall of Fame."

Gary NorcrossPresident
and Chief Operating Officer
Gary Norcross is president and chief operating officer (COO) of FIS, a position to which he was named in 2012. As COO, Norcross is focused on the steering and execution of the company’s global business strategy.
Highly respected throughout the industry, Norcross has experience serving financial institutions large and small, domestic and global. He joined FIS in 2003, through the acquisition of ALLTEL Information Services where he served as president of the Integrated Financial Solutions division. During his time with ALLTEL Information Services (and prior to that Systematics, Inc.), he has held various key leadership roles.
Norcross has overseen significant growth of the company’s product portfolio and global footprint with a client-focused approach to the business. In addition to playing a critical role in the company's acquisition and integration of Metavante Technologies, Inc., Norcross was heavily involved in the merger with Certegy and the acquisitions of over 15 companies including Aurum Technology, BankWare, InterCept and eFunds. These strategic transactions helped the company grow to more than 30,000 employees with over $5 billion in annual revenue.
Under Norcross' leadership, FIS has ranked consistently among the industry's leading financial technology providers, including the No. 1 position in the 2012, 2011, 2008 and 2007 FinTech 100 rankings, an annual list of the top financial technology providers in the world, published by IDC Financial Insights, American Banker and Bank Technology News.
Norcross also holds a variety of leadership and board of directors roles. He is on the board of directors for mFoundry, serves on the dean’s executive advisory board for the Sam M. Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas, and is on the board of the Knowledge is Power Program’s (KIPP) Impact School in Jacksonville.
Norcross holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas.
James "Woody" Woodall Corporate Executive Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer
James “Woody” Woodall serves as chief financial officer (CFO) of FIS and is responsible for enterprise-wide oversight of all aspects of FIS’ financial operations including the controllership, treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analysis and corporate development functions, in addition to FIS’ capital allocation strategy.
Woodall previously served as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller for FIS from July 2008 through March 2013. Prior to joining FIS, Woodall served as vice president of finance at Eclipsys Corporation. He spent six years as executive director and controller of AT&T’s southeast region and held finance roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to AT&T, Woodall was a senior manager in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers serving technology and communications clients.
Woodall is a CPA and was a member of the Business Advisory Council for Troy State where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting. Woodall’s leadership activities in the community include board of trustee roles at the Jacksonville Museum of Science and History and the Sanctuary on 8th Street.
Greg SchafferCorporate Executive Vice President,
Chief Information Security Officer
Greg Schaffer is corporate executive vice president, chief information security officer (CISO) for FIS. In this role, Schaffer has enterprise-wide oversight of FIS’ information security program, functions and initiatives.
Prior to joining FIS, Schaffer worked for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he served as acting deputy under secretary for the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) and assistant secretary for Cybersecurity and Communications. Prior to the Department of Homeland Security, Schaffer developed and implemented an enterprise security and compliance operation for Alltel Communications, serving as its CISO, chief security officer and chief risk officer, as well as establishing its Office of Privacy.
Schaffer holds a juris doctor (JD) degree from the University of Southern California Law Center. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and practiced law in Washington, D.C. for over 10 years, including a position as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section.
In addition to his JD degree, Schaffer also holds a bachelor’s degree in political communications from George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
Greg MontanaCorporate Executive Vice President,
Chief Risk Officer
Greg Montana is corporate executive vice president, chief risk officer (CRO) of FIS. As CRO, Montana leads the strategic development and execution of FIS’ enterprise-wide risk program.
Montana has 20 years of successful risk management and leadership experience at some of the world’s most recognized financial services institutions. Before joining FIS, he served as senior vice president and senior operational risk executive for Bank of America®. Prior to that, he held the positions of senior director, global risk operations at PayPal™, Inc. and director, operational, credit and compliance risk for Lloyds Banking Group, PLC.
Montana is chairman of the board of the Metrolina Association for the Blind, which serves North and South Carolina.
Montana holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received a bachelor’s degree cum laude from Boston College.
Rob HeyvaertCorporate Executive Vice President,
Capco Founder and CEO
Rob Heyvaert is a corporate executive vice president for FIS and also a member of the Executive Management team. Heyvaert joined FIS in October 2010 with the company’s acquisition of Capco, which Heyvaert founded and where he served as CEO and chairman. Heyvaert is responsible for the strategic direction of FIS’ Consulting Services.
Over the past decade, he has led the growth and expansion of Capco to establish the company as one of the leading global business and technology consultancies dedicated solely to the financial services industry. Capco serves the full financial services value chain and has an established worldwide presence with more than 2,000 employees in North America, Europe and Asia.
Prior to founding Capco, Heyvaert was formerly the CEO and president of Cimad Consultants, a systems integrator and professional services firm he established in 1989. Under his leadership, Cimad consultants became one of the leading consulting and software firms in Europe, employing more than 1,400 people.
Cimad was sold to IBM and, and Heyvaert was appointed General Manager of Securities and Capital Markets within IBM Global Services. In this role he developed IBM's overall strategy for the capital markets and securities segments before founding Capco in 1998.

Michael P. OatesCorporate Executive Vice President,
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Michael P. Oates is corporate executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for FIS. In this role, Oates manages the legal support provided to FIS and its subsidiaries. This includes corporate governance, SEC and other regulatory compliance, contracting, litigation and general legal advice. Oates also serves as the chief human resources officer for FIS and, as such, has overall responsibility for the recruitment, retention and development of our global work force.
Before joining FIS, Oates was vice president of Human Resources for Florida Rock Industries, Inc., in Jacksonville, Fla. In addition to his work for Florida Rock Industries, he previously held positions as director of Labor Relations for CSX in Jacksonville, and as a partner at the law firm of Hunton & Williams in Richmond, Va. Oates also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, where he was a deep sea diving and salvage officer aboard the USS Reclaimer (ARS 42).
Oates holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a juris doctorate from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was named to the Order of the Coif.
Anthony JabbourExecutive Vice President,
North American Financial Institutions
Anthony Jabbour is executive vice president of North American Financial Institutions at FIS. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, profitability and long-range growth of the company’s financial solutions business.
Formerly, Jabbour served as executive vice president of Core Processing and ePayments at FIS, where he oversaw the company’s core business, including the tier-one marketplace. Jabbour also led the ePayments business, including Internet, mobile banking and a full suite of bill pay products. Previously, he oversaw the core business for community-based financial institutions.
Prior to joining FIS, Jabbour served at CIBC, a major Canadian financial institution where he managed the launch of the bank's standalone Internet bank, before relocating to Florida to build similar capabilities for the U.S. market. He began his career in IBM's global services group, managing complex client projects and relationships.
Jabbour holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto.
James SusorenyExecutive Vice President,
Business Development
James Susoreny is executive vice president of Business Development for FIS. In this role, Susoreny has overarching responsibilities for FIS client relations and revenue growth throughout North America.
Throughout his extensive sales and marketing career, Susoreny has been characterized by his ability to craft client relationships and new sales strategies that have consistently increased client satisfaction, while maximizing revenue opportunity and decreasing the cost of sales. His strengths in team building and employee motivation have resulted in a strong track record of client renewals and win after win of highly coveted hardware and software contracts.
Before joining FIS, Susoreny served as vice president of Sales for Dallas-based Regency Systems Corporation, where he led the sales, marketing and business development teams. His strong leadership resulted in decreasing the cost of sales by a third, while growing year-over-year sales by 25 percent. Previously, Susoreny held sales and sales management positions with IBM, StorageTek Corporation, BancTec and ALLTEL Information Services.
Susoreny holds a business degree from Indiana University.
Mark DaveyExecutive Vice President,
International
Mark Davey is executive vice president of FIS' international business. He is responsible for the organization outside of the U.S. and Canada, spanning both financial services and payments industries.
Davey’s role over the last eight years has been to drive FIS’ growth into the international market. Today, with clients in more than 100 countries, FIS has become the world leader in its sector. With more than 15,000 international employees based in more than 30 countries the company has created unrivalled expertise in the global marketplace. International continues to be the fastest growing segment of FIS.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and banking industries and has held a number of senior management positions, including 11 years with Unisys. Prior to joining FIS in 2004, Davey held leadership roles including managing director of LANSA Europe and global sales director of Misys Retail Banking Systems.
Based in London, Davey is a graduate of Middlesex Business School in the UK and the Ecole Superieure de Commerce (Reims) in France. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Ram CharyExecutive Vice President,
Global Commercial Services
Ram Chary leads Global Commercial Services for FIS. In this role, Chary manages a diverse and wide-range of businesses and global operational functions. Within his responsibility are businesses that serve industries beyond financial institutions including IT Outsourcing, Item Processing, Retail Payments and Government Services. Chary is also responsible for the FIS Technology organization, global delivery operations and supply chain. He has a consistent track record of improving operational efficiency while eliminating cost and rationalizing investments.
Chary joined FIS through the acquisition of eFunds, where he led the company's Professional Services organization. Prior to eFunds, he had a 13-year career at IBM Global Services in infrastructure outsourcing and technology consulting, and also served in a number of leadership roles in global operations and finance. Specifically in the financial services sector, he successfully grew the business through the sale of large outsourcing agreements with major financial institutions.
Chary received an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Colorado and a master's degree in finance and operations management from Purdue University.
Fred Brothers Executive Vice President,
Chief Innovation Officer
Fred Brothers is executive vice president and chief innovation officer of FIS. He has corporate responsibility for driving innovation and growth within FIS and its clients through internal reinvestment, corporate development, strategic partnerships, acquisitions and venture investments. Brothers manages FIS’ venture capital portfolio, is a member of the company’s development investment committee and represents FIS on numerous corporate boards.
Brothers has 25 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining FIS, he was founder of eCom Advisors, a widely respected strategy consulting firm focused on financial technology. eCom’s clients include many of the largest banks and credit unions, solution providers and investors in the industry. Before eCom, Brothers headed strategy, product, relationship management and customer operations for CheckFree (now Fiserv). His experience also includes roles at a bank, brokerage and insurance company.
Considered one of the best strategists and futurists in the industry, Brothers is a frequent industry speaker. He holds a business degree in finance and marketing from The Ohio State University.
Kirk Larsen Corporate Executive Vice President, Finance and Treasurer
and Treasurer
Kirk Larsen is corporate executive vice president and treasurer of FIS. In this role, he is responsible for all treasury-related activities, including developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions and rating agencies, cash management, interest rate and foreign currency risk management, and evaluation and implementation of capital allocation alternatives.
Larsen joined FIS in 2009 with the acquisition of Metavante Technologies, Inc., where he served as treasurer and vice president of Investor Relations. During his time at Metavante, he was also vice president of Financial Planning, Analysis and Investor Relations. Prior to joining Metavante, Larsen was director of Investor Relations and Investments for Rockwell Automation, Inc., a global provider of industrial automation power, control and information solutions. He also served as the controller of Rockwell’s Industrial Components and Standard Drives businesses, as well as the director of financial reports.
Ellyn Raftery Chief Marketing Officer
Ellyn Raftery is chief marketing officer (CMO) at FIS, a position to which she was named in July of 2012. As CMO, Raftery is charged with leading the strategic planning and execution of FIS’ Global Marketing and Corporate Communications programs.
Raftery comes to FIS with a wealth of marketing experience. Prior to joining FIS, she was the senior vice president of global marketing and the office of the CMO for New York-based CA Technologies, an independent enterprise information technology software and service company. At CA Technologies, she was responsible for driving the development, planning and implementation of the corporate brand and marketing strategy, guiding the company’s thought leadership, integrated go-to-market programs and demand generation programs globally. She also led the enterprise-wide global voice-of-the-customer experience initiative to drive competitive improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
For nearly a decade prior, Raftery held multiple executive-level positions for Unisys Corporation, including chief marketing and communications officer; vice president, worldwide marketing and communications; and vice president, worldwide marketing for systems integration and consulting. While at Unisys, Raftery managed a global staff and was responsible for corporate brand and marketing strategy, market/competitive research, solutions marketing, field marketing, marketing services, analyst relations, social and media relations and corporate communications.
Her professional affiliations and certifications include the American Marketing Association; Executive Conference Board; Information Technology Services Marketing Association; and Corporate Executive Board, Marketing and Communications Leadership Councils. Raftery is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Area Chamber of Commerce.

Mary Waggoner Senior Vice President,
Investor Relations
Mary Waggoner is senior vice president of Investor Relations at FIS. Prior to joining FIS in 2006, Waggoner served in a similar capacity at Certegy, Inc. and Mercantile Bancorporation. She began her career in community banking, where she held several senior management positions.
Waggoner holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University.
