As part of this one-stop service model, FIS hosts its IntelliMatch servers and other infrastructure in robust, secure data centers throughout the world. With 24/7 monitoring of all applications, FIS meets the bank’s robust connectivity, network and database administration requirements, as well as provides dedicated service desk support.
