Each time a member interaction takes place, a contact history record is created, stored and available to everyone in the institution.
- Referral management – This built-in component makes it easy for your employees to act on opportunities when a member expresses interest in a product or just appears to be good prospect. Users can generate referrals, assign and re-assign them to individual users or teams and add notes along the way. Further, the system includes a tab that allows individuals or teams to view and manage referrals that have been received, sent and completed.
