In accordance with the standard of the National Registry of CPE sponsors certain FIS sessions will allow you to earn continuing education credits based on a 50-minute hour. Conference sessions include industry trends, best practices, product road maps and relevant training courses. Where training courses apply, they vary in level of difficulty and course objectives. Please note that training course objectives, level of difficulty, prerequisites, advance preparation, recommended hours and who should attend are clearly stated for all sessions in the respective conference program.
FIS is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website, www.learningmarket.org.
CTP/CCM or FP&A Credits
In accordance with the standard of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) certain approved FIS sessions will allow you to earn continuing education credits based on a 50-minute hour.
• Under AFP’s CTP recertification guidelines only sessions covering topics in treasury/cash management, finance and accounting are eligible for CTP/CCM recertification credits.
• Under AFP’s Certified FP&A Professional recertification guidelines, only sessions covering topics related to gathering, interpreting, understanding and communicating business and financial information and building and interpreting financial projections are eligible for FP&A Professional recertification credits.
