eVue – Document Archiving and Retrieval

FIS’ eVue™ document archival solution gives you a friendly, browser-based solution, allowing your employees to view documents and customer communications after they have been delivered. The browser-based solution requires very little deployment effort and no installation at the desktop. The document archival module integrates with FIS’ CSF^® Designer software to provide you and your employees instant access to view document PDFs after the document composition occurs. Your employees at both central and remote locations have access to the document archive, thus enabling you to serve your customers faster and more effectively. If you choose to utilize a third-party archive, document PDFs can be provided to you electronically or via DVD/CD-ROM.
