To ensure easy interpretation of captured data, the platform is problem-oriented, enabling users to track prescriptions and other diagnostic information related to a particular condition, such as diabetes. Key clinical data points, such as blood pressure, are graphed to illustrate trends and highlight significant changes. Robust reporting features enable consumers to extract, analyze, and communicate critical information in numerous ways.

HealthManager empowers users with a wide array of education and clinical decision-support tools. The PHR dashboard links consumers to a variety of personalized education content – including personalized health education and online access to caregivers. Through customizable reminders and alerts, consumers are reminded of important tasks and receive helpful hints to better manage their care – everything from refilling prescriptions, identifying gaps in care, warning about potential drug interactions, and reminders about preventative activity. HealthManager integrates with FIS’ Health & Financial Network solutions, enabling claim feeds directly from the payer and eliminating the need for manual/double entry by the consumer. Together with Bensoft, FIS’ CDH benefit account administration platform, HealthManager can receive transactional feeds from consumers’ tax-sheltered benefit accounts and helps track healthcare spending and savings – in addition to their personal health information.
