FIS Loan Origination (FLO) is a browser-based loan origination solution that supports application, closing and denial statuses for consumer, commercial, HELOC and portfolio mortgage loans. FLO uses dynamic document generation and currently interfaces to BancPac, BancLine, HORIZON and MISER core systems and is scheduled for integration to Bankway and IBS core systems by the end of 2010.
FLO’s browser-based delivery requires no workstation deployment and is supported only by a web-browser (Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat Reader. This domain-based experience provides the capability to process loans at any workstation across the enterprise.
Advantages of FLO include:
- Automated Document Selection − FLO chooses the correct documents for loan completion and lien perfection with no parameter setup. The selection is documented via a “Loan Summary” on each loan and is warranted with the same protections as the document.
- FLO transactions are completed utilizing Dynamic Documents − A dynamic document is a document that is assembled for each transaction using the characteristics of that particular transaction.
- Utilizing CSi Document Technology − FLO documents are dynamic, allowing unlimited customers, signers, and collateral on each transaction.
- FLO supports over 40 collateral types – These include real estate (commercial, consumer and construction), UCC and personal.
