1. What are the important dates I should be aware of as an exhibitor/sponsor?

Friday, March 24
  • This is the deadline to sign up as an exhibitor/sponsor.
  • Company description is due.
  • Cancellations received by this date will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Exhibitor kit will be sent from our show service provider, Freeman.
Friday, April 16
  • Exhibitors/sponsorship late payment fee of $250 applies.
  • Cancellation received by this date will be refunded at 50 percent. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Friday, April 20
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date. Exhibitors must pay in full. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Full payments are due from exhibitors. Unpaid exhibitors will not be permitted to exhibit.

2. Who is the official exhibitor services contractor and where can I find the exhibitor service kit?
Freeman is Infoshare’s official exhibitor services contractor. A complete exhibitor kit will be sent six to eight weeks prior to the show.

3. Where can I find hotel and travel information?

4. Who should I contact with additional exhibitor/sponsorship questions?
