FIS Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering

​JACKSONVILLE, Fla., June 26, 2017FIS™, (NYSE:FIS), a global leader in financial services technology, today announced the pricing of its sale of €500 million aggregate principal amount of 0.400% Senior Notes due 2021, £300 million aggregate principal amount of 1.700% Senior Notes due 2022, and €500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.100% Senior Notes due 2024 (collectively, the “Senior Notes”). FIS intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with borrowings under its revolving credit facility, to pay for up to $2.0 billion aggregate principal amount of certain outstanding senior notes pursuant to cash tender offers commenced today, including accrued and unpaid interest. Any net proceeds remaining will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include repurchase or repayment of certain of FIS’s outstanding debt securities, which it may accomplish through other tender offers, open market purchases or calls for redemption, or its other outstanding indebtedness.
