FIS Announces Proposed Offering of Senior Notes

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—(BUSINESS WIRE)— May 14, 2018— Fidelity National Information Services, FIS™, (NYSE:FIS), a global leader in financial services technology, today announced that it intends to make an offering, subject to market and other considerations, of senior notes in one or more tranches in the total principal amount of $1 billion (the “Senior Notes”). FIS intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the approximately $1.275 billion principal amount outstanding as of May 11, 2018 under its revolving credit facility (together with accrued interest thereon). In addition, FIS intends to issue a notice of redemption for the entire $750.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.850% senior notes due October 2018 on the date of settlement of this offering, which FIS intends to fund with borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
