The FIS Impact Awards, now in their third year, recognize innovative use of FIS technology, services or solutions by FIS clients to enhance customer service and drive tangible business results. The 2019 program is open to FIS clients in North America and the United Kingdom.
Submissions are independently judged by leading industry analyst research group Celent. For each of the winning entries, FIS will make a $10,000 donation in the client’s name to a charitable organization chosen through the FIS Foundation. To date, FIS has donated almost $200,000 to charities on behalf of Impact Award winners.
“As part of our Guiding Principles, FIS is committed not only to driving technological innovation for our clients, but also to improving the communities in which we live and work,” said Gary Norcross, chairman, president and CEO, FIS. “These principles come to life in our annual Impact Awards program, which recognizes the innovative work being done by our clients through the use of leading-edge FIS solutions. As part of this program, it is our pleasure to make a donation to the many worthy charitable organizations supported by our clients across their markets. These Impact Awards showcase the many ways that FIS clients around the globe are empowering the financial world. We look forward to another year of outstanding entries.”
“Celent is delighted to once again partner with FIS to judge the Impact Awards,” said Dan Latimore, senior vice president, Celent. “We have been impressed with how FIS clients around the world are using technology in unique ways to drive a tangible impact in their businesses.”
