FIS and Banco Bradesco Close Agreement to Unwind Joint Venture and Form New Long-term Commercial Arrangement

​JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Jan. 3, 2019 – FIS™ (NYSE: FIS), a global leader in financial services technology, announced today that it closed on Dec. 31, 2018, its previously announced agreement to unwind its joint venture (“JV”) with Banco Bradesco in Brazil, and also entered into on Jan. 1, 2019,  a new long-term commercial arrangement with Banco Bradesco, one of the largest financial institutions in Brazil.
