- First, we are a “money services business” under federal law. Under federal law, we are required to verify your identification and review any unusual activity. To do this, we need to collect, use, and retain your personal information.

As part of its Online Privacy Notice, FIS Payments LLC is committed to protecting the confidentiality of Social Security Numbers, prohibiting unlawful disclosure of Social Security Numbers, and limiting access to Social Security Numbers.
Protecting Children
Metavante strictly follows the federal guidelines of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under age 13 on our websites.
