Earlier this year, FIS innovation teams were invited to participate in the 2018 Pymnts.com Voice Challenge with Amazon Alexa. In it, top innovation teams from around the globe were given two months to develop and execute a prototype of their vision for how Alexa (Amazon’s virtual assistant) could make various aspects of banking, payments and commerce more frictionless and valuable for customers in the future.
