FIS - Preparing for PCI 4.0 Compliance

At FIS®, security is a priority and top of mind in all that we do. We also know our clients expect us to adhere to industry standards when it comes to maintaining a secure network and systems and the protection of data.

PCI 4.0

On Monday, March 31, 2025, all Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) 4.0.1 requirements went into effect. PCI DSS was developed to encourage and enhance payment card account data security and facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures globally. This provides a baseline of technical and operational requirements to protect account data. While specifically designed to focus on environments with payment card account data, PCI DSS is also used to protect against threats and secure other elements in the payment ecosystem.

FIS is dedicated to fulfilling PCI 4.0 requirements and we are committed to working with our clients to ensure ongoing compliance.
