Luis and Sofia closed on their first home bright and early this morning! The moving trucks are almost here. Luis makes a quick trip to get cash to the tip the movers while Sofia packs up the last few items.

Luis gets at text from Sofia right as he pulls away: “Can u pls grab coffee and bagels to share w the guys?” Luis forgets his debit card at the coffee shop. No worries. He pulls his bank’s mobile app on his phone switches the card to “off.”

Sofia uses facial recognition to log onto the bank app on her phone and schedules their new monthly mortgage payment while she waits for the movers.

Luis returns (sans debit card) with breakfast and tip money for the movers. Luis gets a notification on his phone from the bank. Someone tried to use his debit card. The transaction was declined and blocked!

The moving crew is bigger than Luis expected! He uses Zelle™ to pay the extra two movers.
