FIS PACE research shows that Australian consumers across all generations want to connect with their bank providers at any time and from anywhere. And while millennials are leading the way with digital, Gen Xers and baby boomers are fast followers. In fact, more than 45% of all users in Australia are using mobile devices to check their balances, view recent transactions, pay one or more bills, transfer funds between accounts or pay a bill from a bank account.
