Consumers across all generations want to better connect with their banks at their convenience, at any time and from anywhere. Millennials are leading the way, with Gen Xers and baby boomers fast followers. This trend is expected to carry over into the small and midsize business market as the younger generation assumes leadership positions in the companies of tomorrow.
