Short term fee relief
We're waiving minimum monthly service charges (MMSC) until the end of June(1) to help relieve the pressure on businesses. The MMSC is a fee we usually charge to keep your service running if your transactions are below your agreed threshold.

With the current restrictions on movement outside of your household, allowing customers to pay on delivery can be an option with our Move 500 mobile payment terminal.

To process a telephone or mail order payment using your terminal, simply key in the sale amount from the ready screen, and press the green enter button. When asked to present the customers card, manually enter the card details and follow the on-screen instructions. A demonstration is included in this instruction video.
Worldpay owned terminals are configured for telephone payments as standard. If you are unable to process them on your terminal call 03457 616263 so we can help.
Please remember that accepting a telephone payment can present a risk, we ask that you remain vigilant and ensure that the correct processes are being adhered to.

We have received reports of businesses being contacted by callers claiming to be representatives of a merchant services provider. These callers are telling merchants that their current provider is shutting down due to the COVID-19 situation. They proceed to tell the merchant they need to switch processors to continue accepting electronic payments.
