Jackie, who already has a debit card linked to her existing checking account, uses her mobile banking app to apply for a new credit card. She and her husband want a better way to track their spending on family-related expenses. Jackie is instantly approved and able to add the credit card in real-time to her mobile wallet allowing her to start spending right away.

During her lunch break, Jackie rushes to the store to buy groceries for tonight's family dinner. While shopping, Jackie receives a notification on her phone that there was a transaction processed on her debit card. She promptly marks the transaction fraudulent and suspends her card to stop the fraud from reoccurring using the card controls feature in her mobile banking app.

Knowing that her financial institution is able to reissue cards instantly through digital issuance, Jackie orders a new debit card allowing it to stay at top-of-wallet status. She appreciates having the tools that provide a seamless experience and keeps her account safe.

While walking to the car with her groceries in hand, she remembers that she needs to take out cash for her children's soccer fees.   Jackie remembers that her bank allows access to select ATM's without a surcharge. She walks over to the ATM at the grocery store to take out $200. Quick and fee-free ATM access allows Jackie peace of mind when she needs access to money in a hurry.

Later that day, after finishing up work and cooking dinner for the family, Jackie is on her way to drop off the kids at soccer practice when she sees her gas tank light come on – she stops at the gas station and redeems the loyalty points she's collected to get cents off per gallon.

One of the team dads brought the kids snacks for after soccer practice. Jackie opens up Zelle on her mobile banking app to send the parent $10 to help with the cost of the snacks.

As the kids are finishing up practice, Jackie wraps up a conversation with another team mom who brought up a local youth soccer association that could use donations for new jerseys, balls and equipment for the under-privileged teams in the area. Jackie utilizes the online charity functionality on her mobile banking app to donate her rounded up funds to the association.

Jackie remains loyal to her financial institution because of the products available that enhance her banking experience and enable her to tackle the day without inconveniencing her normal busy life.
