Account Guard
ImageCentre Account Guard is an unyielding weapon used to sort through the masses of check imaging information to identify the most likely suspect activity. Account Guard enables your institution to focus resources on the transactions and items with the highest probability of fraudulent activity for review and identification.

Using advanced mathematical algorithms and statistical analysis, ImageCentre Account Guard utilizes rules and bank defined parameter to automatically detect and identify duplicate serial numbers, out of range serial numbers, out of range dollar amounts, out of range historical high dollar amounts, historical numbers of checks, and other criteria for an automated, image-based review of suspected daily activity.

Automated Signature Verification
With ImageCentre’s Automated Signature Verification feature, the entire signature verification process can be performed electronically utilizing recognition technology to detect, read, identify, compare, and electronic signatures.

Check Kiting Prevention
To aid in the earliest possible identification of fraudulent activity, the FIS Check Kiting Prevention solution will electronically sort through your financial institution’s data and images to collect, analyze, identify and present the most likely suspected item images and transactions for an image based review process.

Commercial Media Delivery
Our Commercial Media Delivery function provides the ability to output information for customers to either a CD-Rom or DVD media. With royalty-free viewing software loaded onto each media, customers can research their account information including their statement detail pages, check image pages, check images, deposit tickets, and items associated with deposit tickets.

E-mail Statements
ImageCentre E-mail Statements provide the ability to both securely and without file size limitations provide a customer’s statement electronically. The E-mail Statement application can optionally provide the customer’s detail pages and check image pages. Operating in conjunction with the ImageCentre base software and the ImageCentre E-mail System, a customer can print, view, or save their statement information electronically via the Internet, a Browser, and a PC.

Host Integration
ImageCentre Host Integration ensures a smooth transfer of information and data between ImageCentre and a financial institution’s core banking system. Best described as “middleware,” ImageCentre Host Integration receives information from the core banking system like CIF downloads, DDA files, CD files, Savings files, Loan files, General Ledger files, and DDA Transaction files. Files are also uploaded to the core banking system from ImageCentre, including the daily POD file.

ImageCentre Archive
The Base ImageCentre module provides the ability to integrate and archive check images, document images, COLD, remittance images, statements, reports, signature cards, and other information into the ImageCentre application. ImageCentre’s architecture of a single system and database for capture, processing, archive, and retrieval provides a powerfully scalable, yet extremely easy to manage, solution. The ImageCentre architecture enables streamlined utilization, back-up and recovery, the most vital aspects of any imaging solution.

ImageCentre Statements
ImageCentre Statements are designed to enable your institution to provide a flexible and contemporary statement to customers. With the unique ability to completely re-format the host-generated statement file, ImageCentre Statements will provide a customized statement with an institution-defined look and feel, including fonts, styles, sizes, lines, boxes, logos, marketing messages, and others. Advanced statement formatting options are available at the account level, cycle level, and others.

ImagePOD
ImageCentre Image POD includes image-based data entry/reject re-entry and image based balancing software. Additional capabilities include the generation of Image NSF notices, deposit correction advices, and a myriad of reporting options. ImageCentre Image POD, in conjunction with the core ImageCentre capture subsystem, is a parameter-driven and configurable solution built to institution-defined specifications. ImageCentre Image POD also supports both multi-bank and commingled image processing, float management, fine sorting capabilities, and others.

Internet Banking Integration
Images stored in the ImageCentre application can be integrated with multiple Internet Banking Applications via a URL based inquiry tool, allowing your customers to research their own check images securely.

Legacy Conversion
ImageCentre Legacy Conversion provides the ability to convert data and images from a financial institution’s existing legacy application (i.e. check imaging, document imaging or COLD.) Information can be retrieved from the legacy system and imported into the ImageCentre database and on-line RAID system before exporting the data in an open image format to near-line DVD long-term storage.

Power Encode
ImageCentre Power Encode provides a three step process (in conjunction with ImageCentre Image POD) which includes check image capture, amount entry, and the power encoding of transit items only. This eliminates the need for proof machines in processing over-the-counter items and eliminates the encoding of on-us items. Power encode is most frequently implemented in conjunction with the ImageCentre Scan All Recognition System for improved efficiency.

Scan All Recognition
The ImageCentre Scan All Recognition System includes Courtesy Amount Recognition (CAR) and Legal Amount Recognition (LAR). This solution will attempt to automatically identify and recognize dollar amount areas, legal amount areas, and other fields (i.e. account numbers, tran codes, description codes, etc.) on documents processed through the ImageCentre system (including checks, deposits, internal documents, and others.)

The ImageCentre Scan All Recognition System also includes the Automated Correction Engine (ACE). This solution will attempt to evaluate, identify, recognize, and correct any items that have rejected during image capture. Typical reasons for rejects may include items scanned upside down, backwards, with poor MICR, non-MICR items, or others. ACE will evaluate and attempt to correct each rejected item, in addition to properly re-orienting corrected items in the system for ongoing and long-term utilization.

Open and Scalable Architecture
ImageCentre is built from the ground up for speed, access, ease of use, scalability, affordability, and most of all, dependability. Representing a major departure from other imaging systems, ImageCentre is a browser-based, one-source solution for a financial institution’s total payment processing and document management needs.

The system incorporates Microsoft® technology with an Oracle® database management system to make managing your network more cost effective, and without the need for specialized database expertise. Together these advanced technologies provide a fully scalable, open architectural operating environment for ImageCentre.
