A group discount is available when multiple attendees register from the same institution. After the first two delegates from the same institution have registered with the full conference fee, a group discount automatically generates.

Guest registration includes evening receptions, keynote speaker presentation and the Signature Event. Because alcohol is served at the evening events, all guests must be 21 or older.

In-Depth Conference


The In-Depth Conference is taking place on Monday, May 14 from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Register for this one-day event when registering for InfoShare 2018. Fulfill your vendor due diligence through interactive sessions and detailed presentations from our RISC team.


$225 for a 1.5-hour class $450 for a 3-hour class

Pre-conference Paid Training is available prior to the conference on Monday, May 14th. Additional information will be available soon to use in selecting your training classes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full conference refunds will be given if cancelled by midnight on March 22.
  • Fifty percent refund will be given if cancelled by midnight on April 22.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 22.
  • You may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the start of the conference at no additional cost
  • Payment is required to the conference and no later than Friday, May 11. Failure to submit payment prior to the conference will forfeit the registration and/or incur a 2% late fee to register onsite.

1. Can I make a change to my registration?
Yes. In your registration confirmation email, click on modify enter your confirmation number and update your registration answers. If assistance is needed, please contact our Global Events team at

2. What do I do if I need to cancel? What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, email your cancellation to Refer to the cancellation policy located above. You must cancel your hotel reservations by calling your hotel directly.

3. How do I register a group (three or more delegates)?
To register your group, click on the Register Now button. Groups of three or more may be eligible for additional savings. The first two delegates each pay the full conference rate of $995 ($895 early bird), and any additional delegates from the same institution pay a discounted rate of $795 ($695 early bird). To take advantage of the of the group registration discount, please register all delegates at one time. The discount will apply automatically on the registration detail page.

4. Does my registration as an advisory board member count toward the discounted group?
No, advisory board members must register individually, and their registration does not count toward the group discount.

5. When does the early bird discount end? When is the conference registration cutoff date? What do I do if I miss it?
Early bird registration ends on Friday, April 6.
Registration will be accepted up to the conference date and onsite. Please make sure that all conference fees are paid prior to the start of the conference; payment is required to receive your conference badge and materials.

6. When is the hotel reservation cutoff date? What do I do if I miss it?
The hotel reservation cutoff date is Thursday, March 22. A special room block has been reserved for Infoshare 2018 attendees at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Reservations made after this date are available on a space- and rate-available basis.

7. Are the conference facilities wheelchair-accessible?
FIS recognizes the need to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Contact so we can accommodate any special needs you may have.

8. What is the conference attire?
Conference attire is business casual. For men, we suggest a collared or polo shirt with dress slacks or khakis. For women, dress shirt or blouse with dress slacks or skirt. Temperatures in the meeting rooms can vary, so it is recommended that attendees come prepared with a jacket or sweater.
