FIS Announces Proposed Offering of Senior Notes

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., August 11, 2016— FIS™, (NYSE:FIS), a global leader in financial services technology, today announced that it intends to make an offering, subject to market and other considerations, of senior notes in one or more tranches with intermediate maturities (the “Senior Notes”). FIS intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay all or a portion of the approximately $2.2 billion principal amount outstanding on its revolving credit facility (together with accrued interest thereon), with any remaining proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.
