Based on your institution's products, you can use the Client Portal to contact Client Services, catch up on the latest alerts and bulletins, log a question or issue into our Case Management System, download the latest software release and sign up for training classes, and more is being added continually.


Formerly named eFunds Online, this secure site provides clients access to DDA origination services and DDA risk management, along with information pertaining to Electronic Payment and EFT Solutions. Examples of services, reports, or documentation includes: ChexSystems℠, QualiFile®, FraudFinder® and EFT Transaction Reporting. To obtain access to this site, contact your local administrator or your FIS representative.


This secure Web site allows you to view general information as well as information that is specific to your organization. From your personal home page, you can easily access information, which may include release and product information, product newsletters, vendors and alliances, training and on-line registration, reports, and valuable information from various user groups. To obtain access to this site, contact your Access Control Extension (ACE) Administrator or select the link from the Extranet login page and follow the instructions provided.
