Sally Jones is the owner of a small real estate development business and wants to consolidate all of her personal and business needs under one bank.

Sally is looking to move her personal and business accounts to another bank to meet her complex and evolving banking needs – personal and business checking and savings accounts, time deposits, escrow management and sweep accounts, all in U.S. dollars and euros. Sally leads a busy personal and work life, so she needs to access and use her accounts anywhere-office, car or her couch at home.

Sally is impressed with Genesis Bank's products and services and has decided to move her personal and business accounts to them. Sally uses Genesis Bank's online banking portal to initiate the account openings and provides all personal and business information required as well as signatories and authorized users. Sally then gets the good news that all of her personal and business accounts are now open and ready to be used.

Sally writes checks, makes deposits and withdrawals at ATMs and branches, pays bills online and initiates electronic transfers from her personal account. Sally also initiates ACH and wire transfers, makes deposits via remote deposit capture, pays bills online, transmits payment files and receives information reporting from her business account. Later, Sally contacts Genesis Bank after her business moves to a new location to change the address and phone number.

Sally received an alert that her primary checking account had a low balance, so she accesses her account online and moves money from her savings account. Sally also received an alert that she had a wire transfer needing her approval. She then received her account statements electronically at the end of the month for her personal account, along with account analysis statements for her business account.

Sally receives annual statements for her personal and business tax reporting needs.
