Felix was just hired out of school to be an assistant branch manager. The bank has recently expanded and he’s working in a new branch, just outside of Boston.
At the new hire orientation, he met Amy, the COO. She spoke about how the bank outsourced their core platform and are reinvesting the savings into the branch and channels.
Right before closing, a new customer walks in. Felix quickly created the account, set her up with mobile banking and issued a digital card to her mobile wallet.
It’s a rare day out of the office. Felix is visiting business referrals in town with his tablet and signing them up with merchant services.
Felix is sitting in a meeting with the managers from the other branches to review performance of the merchant push. The sales figures look great!
