It’s moving day! Miguel and Maria have recently closed on their ﬁrst home. Maria asks Miguel to run out to get cash to tip the movers who will be arriving soon. “Pick up lunch,” she yells as Miguel leaves the apartment.

Their now-former landlord texts Miguel to remind him that they still owe a carpet-cleaning fee. No biggie - Miguel opens his bank app and uses Zelle® to transfer the money
