Chip Keller is the chief legal & corporate affairs officer at FIS. In this role, Chip oversees FIS’ global legal, compliance and corporate secretary functions. He also leads the corporate affairs function, including environmental, social and governance (ESG); public policy; and government affairs.

Chip previously served as chief legal officer at Worldpay, where he oversaw the company’s global end-to-end legal, compliance, risk and internal audit functions. Before Worldpay, Chip served as senior deputy general counsel and corporate secretary at FIS, leading all aspects of FIS’ corporate legal affairs. Earlier in his career, Chip practiced corporate law as a partner at two Jacksonville, Fla.-based firms and served as senior vice president and chief corporate counsel at Lender Processing Services, a leading mortgage services provider.

Chip holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University and a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where he served on the Florida Law Review. He has served on several nonprofit and community boards, including the Association of Corporate Counsel – North Florida, Sanctuary on 8th Street (after-school program for at-risk youth), Parish Council at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, and Ability Housing (provider of safe, affordable housing across Northeast Florida).
