Nasser Khodri is the chief commercial officer at FIS, where he oversees commercial strategy, revenue, pricing and competitive positioning to drive commercial excellence and foster growth across the company. With over 25 years of experience in the financial technology sector, Nasser is renowned for his visionary leadership and relentless pursuit of innovation, driving transformative change. His strategic acumen and innovative approach have been instrumental in refining market approaches, elevating client engagement and driving revenue growth.

Nasser has held multiple global leadership roles proving to be instrumental in driving FIS' success. In his last role as president of the Capital Markets segment, Nasser spearheaded the transformation to software as a service, scaled agile practices and advanced technologies – modernizing the solution portfolio to meet the evolving needs of clients and accelerating growth across the Trading and Asset Services, Lending and Treasury & Risk platforms. Under his leadership, the capital markets businesses achieved significant growth and margin expansion, consistently outperforming market expectations. Nasser continues to oversee the Capital Markets segment. Prior to that, Nasser led FIS’ international expansion, scaling the company’s banking, payments and capital markets businesses across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

Nasser also has extensive M&A experience, having led the acquisition of several companies aligned with FIS' growth strategy and the divestitures of nonstrategic assets. His ability to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities has positioned FIS as a leader in the capital markets technology space. Nasser also serves as executive sponsor of FIS’ Enterprise AI Strategy, leading the integration of AI across the company to accelerate innovation and fuel growth.

Originally from France, Nasser holds a master's degree from École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, Paris. His tenured experience in the financial technology industry has taken him across continents spanning Europe, Asia and North America, and he now lives in New York with his wife, daughter and son.
