Please email CardControlDeletionRequest@fisglobal.com to request your data be deleted from the application database. To ensure there is no delay the following must be included in the email.

1. Name of the card control mobile application you are using.
2. Your first and last name as displayed in the mobile application.
3. Your login username.
4. The last four digits of one of the registered cards within the application.
5. The name of your Financial Institution (please do not abbreviate).
6. The contact email associated with your account.

Please note:  After your data is deleted, your information may remain accessible for 30-days to accommodate any follow-up support requirements.
