JP James: When I think of exposure to fraud, cyber risks and a variety of other risks to the balance sheet, I think of the ability to model out what those potential simulated risks could look like.
My recommendation would be to focus on getting the data right. If you run immediately to AI and the custom aspects of AI, I don't believe you're going to get the full value of what you can leverage.
When I think of the trifecta – and the trifecta being the platforms you have in place to run your business – AI being able to pull together those platforms, and the data that you can accumulate and manage to be able to leverage throughout that process – those three things really need to come together. And until you have the data aspect correct, you're not going to be able to get the full value out of what I call "the trifecta of risk management."
