After partnering with Data Dimensions, later acquired by FIS® in the early 2000s, VFSB transitioned to the FIS HORIZON core banking platform in June 2019.
HORIZON has transformed VFSB's approach to banking, streamlining operations and enhancing customer service. The user-friendly interface reduces friction and allows the team to focus on higher-value tasks. Notable improvements include after-hours procedures, end-of-day balancing, simplified transactions and seamless account access.
Automation has removed the risk of manual errors, and signature pads have improved the customer experience. The introduction of HORIZON Teller Capture has replaced paper-based processes.
The integration of image processing services provides instant access to captured transaction images, fostering transparency and expediting processes.
