Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations

Nathan Rozof, CFA, is executive vice president of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at FIS. In this role, Nathan oversees the strategic planning and execution of the company’s global consolidated forecasting and reporting, and he leads investor relations and financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Nathan joined FIS through the company’s acquisition of Worldpay. Prior to joining FIS, he led Worldpay’s and Vantiv’s investor relations programs as well as financial analysis for both companies’ M&A efforts. Nathan’s earlier experiences include roles of increasing responsibility within global investment banking and consulting organizations. He served as a lead and associate equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley and Citi, respectively. He also served as an analyst and consultant at Accenture.

Nathan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with distinction from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and was elected to Institutional Investor’s All-America Executive Team, Best IR Professionals in 2016 and 2017.
